We recommend that you act quickly so you get the sessions you want.
- send an email to EY (formerly Ernst and Young Chartered Accountants): jeff.pickett@ca.ey.com The email must have the name of the camper, the name and dates of the session, the total registration cost, and the number of dependents living at home. Be sure to attach the T4 or T4s from the adults of the home. No T4 is required if you are requesting the $500 of support.
- You should receive an email from Mr. Pickett confirming the total that will be paid by the Ditlove Fund within 3 weeks.
- Once you have the written confirmation, send your deposit to camp as soon as possible. Provide a copy of the email from Mr. Pickett so the camp will send an invoice to EY for the amount specified.
- There may be special circumstances where more funding will be available. Please contact the B’nai Brith President.
This is the first year of this initiative and we will be seeking feedback from the community in the fall to improve the process.
